Apparently this place did. Most of it from what I heard.

While we were on one of the islands, the natives decided to would be good to try and eat us. It was around the same time I was able to call-[Izanagi]my persona after awhile. Between the fighting and someone setting the island on fire, some of my attacks ended up...

[It was clear then. He's never used his persona to kill innocent people. Even if they were trying to eat him it was wrong.]
