Ground Rules

Since it seems you're hell bent on putting me through the wringer, here are some ground rules for you to follow.

Rule 1. Try not to make me look bad wait, no, DON'T make me look bad.

Rule 2. Just give me some peace and quiet every now and then ok? You can sick a horde of demons on me, drop the apocalypse on me, hell, throw the kitchen sink! Just give me some time to relax, read some comics, listen to some tunes, you know?

Rule 3. Abide by rule 1 at all times. All times.

Ok we good? Good. Let's rock.

Spoken like a true bum. If you let them go crazy they'll run straight into debt, and debt is a lot harder to kill than any demon.

Do you really think they're going to listen to you if you start pushing rules on them? Just save yourself the trouble and ride it out.

Maybe not listen, but at least they'd take you into consideration before doing something.

Pretty sure all making demands is going to get you is more trouble. But, hey, maybe yours'll actually listen to all that. He doesn't have to, but maybe he's a nice guy.

Lady....I've been cut,stabbed, shot, crushed, burned, eaten, frozen, and absorbed by a giant ugly demon statue. I can manage fine.

Is absorbed a euphemism?

'Fraid not. I was crushed and absorbed to be the heart of a giant eighty foot tall demon statue controlled by a crazy old fart. It's cool though, I sent that old bastard straight to hell.
