Well last time it was rather forced upon me, but the staff at the time were very pleasant. The Brigadier could get rather irritable but I suppose that was to be expected, being an army sort.

That is most likely because I am from an alternate universe from the 'canon' one. I would advise asking your mun if those terms make little sense; they're very good at explaining such things.
