Still...it's hard for a mun to let someone they're writing for be. [He should know, his is doing plenty of writing of all kinds as it is.]

As for mine... She just seems to be looking for any excuse to procrastinate on her coursework.

They were the eyes that helped him see the truth, after all.

And I understand that well. Truth tends to go hand in hand with hardship, after all. [And he has to continue through that suffering, see it through to its end, whenever and wherever it may be -- before he can truly say that he's happy with his decision. Ignorance was bliss, but in its own way, it was pain at the same time -- because what you don't know really can hurt you, in the end.]

Because spending the days lying to oneself is no way to live... nor is it how I want to see others live.

The truth is painful...but lies can hurt in ways you could never expect.

There are many lies, but there is only one truth. If one is not content with one lie, they simply weave another... but if one does not like the truth, then in the end, all they are left with is that miserable reality.

...Maybe to someone who can't take the truth yet, yes...it is a kindness, in a way. [Somehow, though, they'd know. Deep down, a part of them would realize that someone important to them was gone, that something was amiss. They'd want to know the facts eventually.]

But then...what of the people that can take that reality? [There may not be many such people, but he was certain. There would be more people just like him and his friends, eventually.]
