Milady, if we could converse for just a moment...

May I ask what has become of you as of lately? You seem to be a far cry from the young ardent I once met a year ago. Has the last year weathered your contempt for me and others? It seems as such but I'm quite hesitant to believe so.

With all due respect you seemed quite disheartened by the fiasco that transpired, although now you seem rather content with your current course. For this second chance to be at your side, I suppose I should merely bestow my gratitude upon you and state no more regarding the past.

Be at good spirits, milady. I wish not for anymore malice to plague you.

I see no harm in asking, however I am not in liberty to state much about the situation she faces. Although, I'm grateful to report that she is doing a tad better than before.

Ah, but of course. The Marquis, your secrets of all are astounding, better than my own. However, it is pleasant to hear yours is doing slightly well off. Performance falls in the face of disparagement. [nods] And would I be so rude to ask as to your situation, Excellency?

Why I certainly do desire to give you a firm answer, I honestly do not know what shall become of me. One would hope I could convince her to return me to my beloved Bhujerba but hope is fleeting.

[Larsa cants his head a bit, curious, and wonders.]

My kindly mundane brought me to this place that I should join what zie calls a "game" or some sort...Had you hoped to flee here to Bhujerba? Or shall your mundane become as your puppeteer and call you to these "games" errant? [Would hope the Marquis joined him in some quest to find a place, but knows what it is like when the mundane is unwell]

If my presence is needed elsewhere besides my native home, then I shall consider lending my aid. However, what..."game" does your puppeteer has in mind, Lord Larsa? I certainly do hope she realizes that her latest puppet is no mere child but rather the shinning hope of all of Ivalice.

Young Larsa, I know you remain loyal not only to the Solidor legacy but to the affections of your people. The Empire shall be lost without you.

Oh...? Certainly, zie'd never thought of it yet...still ever in perusal, we shall attempt to persevere. Might I ask your mundane to do so, as well? [Faces the Marquis in all earnestness.] You shall provide counsel, as I'm certain it shall be needed in her days to come.

Speaking quite presumptuously, are you? No, no, I merely jest. It's rather quite refreshing for her to hear someone speak so highly of her. You see, she's never the kind to flaunt but rather be somewhat humble when it comes to her selection of muses.

As for myself, I'm merely grateful she hasn't found reason to do away with me just yet. This alone pleases me greatly.

[ He pauses for a brief moment since something seemed to caught his mun's eye. ]

Lord Larsa, would you be interested in a game that challenges valiance and morality? It seems that the puppeteer has someplace in mind for someone such as I.

Ah, even I can see within you to have seen within her. [Knowing smile--aren't we all of the type to read?] Too am I pleased she hasn't cast you out...as is my mundane.

[Earnestly thinking it a great happenstance!, he finds the Marquis's mention intriguing.]

Valiance and morality, you say...? I would hope that I exercise this at all occasions. Has your mundane found you something wonderful? Of this, I'm truly happy.

Wonderful, you say? I do not believe you would view what she has in mind for us as "wonderful". She wishes to tempt Fate itself by whisking me away to a game featuring all sorts of spooks and horrors. However I do believe she's honestly focusing on sending me to a realm where the entire populace sports...wings.

[ The not amused expression on his face says it all right now. Ondore is heavily displeased. ]

Shall we become one of the ill-fated or become likened to the ill-fated Aegyl of legends old? I do hope your puppeteer could provide some better choices.

[Listening, Larsa becomes a bit darkened.] This does not sound such a place fit for those such as you or I..

I do believe she's quite vexed as to where to send me considering my prior "game" featured me being stranded upon Gaia's foreign soil.

Nevertheless, it seems that my puppeteer is quite adamant of sending me somewhere against my will.
