While I appreciate being in a place that isn't a cage where I would be taunted by my enemies, I think I would rather that prison to this one. Why? Because Alice knew where to find me there and I should think she'd have a hard time finding me in this place. Where ever it is.

So, unless you will assist me in reuniting with my Alice...please put me back where you found me. I know I can not wish anything for myself so call it a sincerely polite request.

[It took only a split second after his lips grazed her hand before Alice threw her arms around him in an enthusiastic, but long denied hug. Possibly knocking him off balance a bit in the process]

It feels like it's been forever and a day since we last embraced, Cyrus.

[Laughs as he returns the hug and allows himself to tumble backwards, taking Alice with him, not about to let her go now]

Forever and forever more like. Despite anything Jafar or the Queen said, I knew I would see you again.

[She didn't want to say she had almost given up hope, back at the asylum. It didn't matter, he was right here. Solid and real]

Cyrus, you really have to stop causing so much trouble.

[She was being playful of course. None of this was his fault, not really. Jafar would have gone after any genie he could get his hands on]

[she was here and Jafar and the Red Queen were no where in sight. That was all that mattered. But even so, she had thought he was dead. He wouldn't have blamed her for giving up, though he was quite grateful she hadn't. ]

[it was his due in life, to be coveted for the power he had and not wanted for the person he was. He'd almost forgotten what that was like with Alice but Jafar had brought the feeling back quickly]
