[She shakes her head and digs into the pouch at her side, unscrewing one of the bullet casings she uses for Crescent rose, emptying the glittering crystal-like powder onto her palm.]

This kind of Dust. I'm... not the expert on the matter, you'd have to ask my friend Weiss about it but... Dust kind of resonates with the aura of every person, and with enough practice and dedication, you can learn to utilize that resonance as an ability unique to you.

[She grins and, in the blink of an eye, seemingly explodes into a cloud of rose petals. When she speaks again, she's behind you, Pearl.]

I can use it to move super fast, my sister can light herself on fire, Weiss can create all kinds of magic-like glyphs, and my other friend Blake can project a sort of after-image of herself.

Discovering Dust and utilizing it is the only way humanity has survived against the Creatures of Grimm in my world.

[She scoops the Dust out of her palm and back into the casing, replacing it in her pouch.] At least, that's how I think it works.
