Much as I do appreciate the chance to make new friends, it might be a bad idea.

I don't have much exposure to humans, but I doubt most would react well to the sight of a giant predator walking on their streets. Not to mention the considerable housing issues I'd face, given my body size.

I also quite enjoy being what I am. I've no desire to become a human, so please do keep that in mind.

I'd call it a ... healthy interest. You can have all the philosophies you want, but it's impossible to make anything happen unless you have power, and the only real power is violence. If you don't have the guts to fight, you don't have the right to want anything.

Thinking like that will never make things any better. You should fight to protect yourself and others if you must, but you shouldn't seek out pointless conflicts.

Damn old men, always spouting the same nonsense. It's not pointless if you attach a purpose to it. What's wrong with fighting for money? Or pride? Spreading the name of the Crane School is good enough a reason for me. Even if you just enjoy it-that's plenty of point.
