Well mun, it would appear that you have come down with some kind of flu, or cold...and if I were there? Well, I would make you take some Elderberry tea. It is a proven aid in helping you to spend less time in the sick bed.
Sadly, I keep telling you to get some sleep, and you keep bitching that being unable to breathe freely is an issue.
I'd walk to the local Apothecary for some serious healing herbs if I could do such things.
