While it's just lovely to make your acquaintance, shouldn't you be concerned about my similarity to that...how did you put it, 'other smartass magical scientist'? What an impressively coarse manner of speaking.

No? Not even a bit of concern? Ah, to be young and energetic again. How wonderful. But let's try not to let ourselves sit idly for too long, shall we? I do have rather important things to be doing.
And no, 'babysitting Peony' is not one of them, but your concern for His Highness is noted.
