Actually looking deeper into these places wouldn't be such a bad idea. It would give both of us a better feel for what's going on and to see if I'll even like it there. I know, not really my choice, but I can always not cooperate with you.

You've got a few places in mind, but don't get all excited just because people I know are there. Just look around and take your time, not like I'm going anywhere for a while.

Don't go pouting. You already made this journal because all the other ideas you had were taken.

Eh, yeah. There's all sorts of places out there. This one time I sailed through space on a big boat called a spaceship. I got to go to all kinds of different planets and stuff, y'know? It was pretty cool.

[His expression isn't so tense as usual.] Temari.

Which places are being considered by your mun?

Space, huh? That doesn't sound as bad as some of these places Mun has glanced at.

The dæmon aspect of the one I mentioned earlier is interesting and being to travel between worlds with the ability to return home. There are only two others that we would know there...

[The ghost of a smirk passes over his face.] You could refuse to cooperate. That isn’t an impossible feat for you.

A dæmon is a manifestation of a person's soul. In this setting they take on the shape of an animal.

Shikamaru is there, but he's from an alternate universe. The Yondaime Hokage is from another alternate universe.

I’m sure it was well-deserved.

[Head tilt.] That is… somewhat similar to our world. [Pause.] Would yours be that of a weasel?

[He frowns a little, but it quickly recedes.] I see.

But yeah, some of those places are pretty crappy.
