We are doing this AGAIN, Lady Mundane?

Have we not crossed this path before, during which time it lead me to a lot of annoyances and pain, in which nobody liked me and I had no friends?

I hardly blame them for that little fact, it's not as though I was ever the most tactful or gentle person in the court, particularly where Arthur's supposed claim to my people's lands is at stake, and where my idiot brother would kowtow to the English like the lying, treason spouting snake he is. I do not pretend I am especially popular or have the ability to become such.

Admittedly...admittedly, it would be nice to be taken to a place where Gawain will not be waiting to judge me or to sell Orkney out again, where I might come to find more than the handful of friends you've given me when telling my own story, but the fact remains you've put yourself in for a great deal of work, you know, bringing me somewhere there is no Tris to calm me down, no Ranulf to hold me back, no Fenris or Meg to commiserate, and no Anwas to give me a reason to hold back on the majority of what I want to say.

You know of course, I won't be lead into this like a lamb, and I am honor bound to struggle when you do things I do not like, or attempt them. In other words...In other words, you can expect and anticipate my own particular brand of trouble and know that I intend to cause it.

I will not be gentle, I will not be kind, and I will give you little quarter should you fail or wish to harm me in some way.

Other than that, do what you will, my lady mun. You never have seen fit to toss me less.
