... You know, I've heard what you've been saying, and you're right. Those two areas do remind me of Neo Domino and Satellite. And they do look quite interesting. Figure how open it is my runner could probably function well in either area.

Though I do see the stipulation with travel between the two. That's going to be rough, and you know what my past and fears are like. I'm willing to go through it, if need be.

Just don't have too much fun torturing me.

They're always thinking of something, I'm afraid, and I doubt that any of us have a chance at convincting them to do otherwise. Our troubles are a game for them-- I can't say I approve of it either.

She hasn't horribly mistreated me. She's only done some things to make me uncomfortable right now.

But taking me to this new place she's found may be the start.

They honestly are always thinking of something. We have yet to find a way to convince them otherwise. I have heard of the rare occasion where a threat was issued and the mun actually listened though.

They do tend to have their own fun with messing with us. And while it's fun for them, we're the ones that suffer for it.

Like limiting your abilities, having shady scientist graft extra limbs onto your back, and then throwing you into a place that is but a mockery of a 'normal' life.

There are rumors about someone like us who once kidnapped their own mundane and held her for ransom. Unfortunately, mine tells me that this happened over a year ago...and she lost the evidence of this occurance.

Whether that was play or not is up to speculation, but it did happen. I'm certain of that.

One of us actually did that? How much influence did they have over their mundane's life? That seems rather odd.

Though come to think of it, my own mundane remembers something like it.

It was a wildly popular encounter, to my understanding. It reached a few pages, which is rare in this forum.

I couldn't say how much influence the person had over their mundane, only that my own says that he wore a suit...like some kind of government agent. it's usually wise not to interfere in matters on that level.
