You had an entire week to finish and submit the application, yet you did not, and we have now discovered applications are closed for an indefinite, as of yet unknown period of time. Was your procrastination worth missing the deadline? Ill of health at the beginning of the week or not, I do not understand why you could not simply sit down and complete the last two sections instead of playing a game (— no, I do not care that the game features the Captain and myself) and partaking in other frivolous, trivial pursuits.
