This Holly Heights town sounds like it has a lot of unique people in it. Come on, Mun, let me go and meet the people there! I'm sure they're all really fun and interesting. Mother isn't there, but knowing her, she'll show up eventually! I think this will be a great adventure.

My lineage, she says. She says I could technically have a bunch of fathers, but I'm not sure what she means by that. I know I have a father, but I can't remember him at all. [Scratching the back of his head, looking a little antsy.] I actually can't remember a lot of things, but I'm working on that really hard!

A handsome amnesiac of unknown lineage... He travels the city searching for clues to his past. ( Yes. This is good. ) Unknown to him, he is the son of a prince! Ani... a gang leader!

I am? [STOP FEEDING HIM TERRIBLE THINGS.] How do you know this? Do you know my mother?

[At what he can do... those things are still TBD] Well, I'm learning how to be a great tactician just like my mother! I can't do those things, but I know a woman who is really good at singing and dancing. She's really eager to help everyone, not to mention really beautiful.

My mundane would like to know who your father is.

[Something is very familiar about this person but he can't put his finger on it.] ... are you my father?

My mundane says that it does not work that way... and I am puzzled as to why he would say something like that.

It seems our muns know a lot of information they aren't explaing to us. [He's sightly disappointed for a few seconds, but he cheers right back up quickly.] I think you'd make a great father, even if you aren't mine.

Yes, my mundane does that quite often.

[Morgan's smile seems infectious and this tactician couldn't help but smile, too.]

You think so? I really do not see myself as a father but thank you all the same.

Mother! [He hugs her rather excitedly.] I knew you would say that. If I do go, I'll make sure to improve my skills and become an even better tactician just like you.

I know you will. There's bound to be plenty to learn in a new place! ...So long as you keep safe, of course.

Maybe he will explain if you ask him nicely? Or maybe you'll have to devise a plan to get him talking.

Yes! I can't explain why, but something just tells me so. Usually when I get these hunches, I'm right, though.

I will keep safe, mother, don't worry. I'll keep what you've taught me close to my heart and mind.

My mun says Holly Heights is really different from our world, so I'm excited to see what that's like. I'm hoping to make some friends so it won't get too lonely, too.

Well, she's told me that there isn't a war going on, and that there is a king named the Landlord that wants his people to be happy, so he gives them gifts and does what he can. [Yeah, he hasn't been told about being stuck here yet whoops.] Oh, there's also a lot of things to do, my mun says, but she hasn't told me exactly what yet.

It would seem like I'll have to, doesn't it. If I somehow find out anything, I'll be sure to let you know.

Are they? I normally do not rely too much on hunches, especially when I'm working on new or improving tactics but sometimes it's good to follow through on hunches and instincts.

I'm sorry that I won't be able to join you there... Evidently my Mundane has other plans for me. Still, I'm confident that you'll do just fine on your own.

My mun says I'm going to learn how to use a computer when I go there. [Just a little pause because he has no idea what a computer is.] Do you know how to use a computer?

Of course! We're both going to very different places, so I can imagine that our experiences will vary quite a bit.

No... I'm afraid I don't. [ including the fact that she doesn't know what one is either... ] That's already something that you'll be able to teach me, isn't it?

Do you know what the place is going to like? My mun promises me I'll make a lot of new friends where I'm going.

[Something his mother doesn't know!! That is just amazing to him.] Right! I'll make sure to learn about computers really well, then. Maybe I can bring one back with me and show you a real computer.

It's like I can see it all happen in my head when it really isn't happening, you know? You sound like you're really good with tactics too just like my mother.

I've been told that it's similar to our original world. If that really is the case, I'm hoping that I'll be able to adapt fairly quickly. You'll make plenty of friends in no time, i'm sure.

Will you be fighting there too? [He'll worry just a bit here now.]

You think so? Then I'll try my best to remember all the details I can about this adventure. And I hope I can make new friends because my Mun says there are a lot of interesting people there from many different places.

[ ah... she knows that tone of voice. it's just like him to worry about her, and while she does appreciate it, she knows that he needs a bit of reassurance. ] It's a strong possibility, yes. But I'm confident that i'll be able to hold my own, and I promist that I will return safe and sound.

Have you considered keeping a journal of some sorts? Whenever I want to remember something, I find that writing it down always helps. You could keep a log of the things you've experienced.

As long as you promise, and if the people need your help there, I know you can help them.

[He lightens up, thinking that idea is really great.] That's a great idea, mother! Will you do the same where you're going too?
