Heyyyyyy mun~
So a number of things on the list here from me, the Rising All-Star, green fairy boy over there and possibly that dapper British Gentleman. I know! I can't believe the usual grumpy gripes aren't grumping and griping at ya either! Congratulations! [clap clap]
But onto business. [he pulls out a sheet of paper (is that a list?) and hops onto a nearby soapbox... Or maybe not so nearby but what is distance to Sonic anyway?]
First! Congrats on getting a hold of Worlds Collide! Promiscuous and Chirpy over there [asdgljasdfks?!] send their condolences (though I'm kinda weirded out by the fact you're calling those two bad eggs 'uguu'. It's like I've gone back in time and it's not my fault this time!) S'pretty great, yea? Even if you only ever play us from game canon, it's nice to actually be able to say 'Yeah, I've had a crossover with Megaman!'. Mario, the Smash Bros., Snake and the rest of the All-Stars are funky and awesome and all but this is something we've waited a hundred years to do- Hey, don't give me that look! I'm not the one who decided that the Chaos Emeralds can manipulate time and space as the ultimate plot device.
[he ticks off the first one, moving on to Item Number 2!]
Second; whooooooa mun, calm down. Rising All-Star Raphael and British Gentleman Layton are glad you're enjoying their games as much as you are but you need to - and I am quoting this, 'kay? - "slow down". You'll get your groove back in no time but y'gotta take it easy~
Third- oops, how'd this get on the list? [he crosses it out and shrugs] Haters gonna hate and the internet isn't going to read an article all the way through so it's cool, kay? You can't replace a legend.
Speaking of legends...
The last thing we wanted to talk about was the whole getting kinda buttmad (or should I say 'buttsad'?) about those anniversary games. Fairy Boy can only handle so much stuff you throw at him, and you throw a lot at him. Trust me, I've been with ya for over 20 years and that includes that phase of our lives no one is supposed to bring up again. [shudder] So yeah, I can 100%, respectfully and honestly say that you throw a lot at him. Leave the guy alone. Being an Hero is suffering and whatever other meme is going 'round these days.
... [a more sober expression] Seriously though, leave the poor guy alone, your AUs for him are convoluted enough without you internally screaming bloody murder every time you play Skyward Sword (or Awakening and that's not even his game). Cut that out. Stop it. Stahp. [he cross his arms in front of him in an 'X' shape] Nope!
Phew! That should cover everything we've been meaning to say for a while. [he fans himself with the paper he was reading off of... Dramatically] Wow, that was looooo~~ng. But it's done! So get back to working on those pins for the convention.
... What? One of us had to do this eventually or you'd just explode. Don't even try to deny it.
