Stop wondering what would happen if you crossed a gamma-exposed subject with the Extremis. The result wouldn't be a Red Hulk, you know it doesn't work that way. The fire-breathing is similar to the acidic spit, maybe, but that is the worst idea. Certainly not one I would end up having while doing my independent research.

So how about doing something actually constructive with your time instead of considering impossibly bad ideas.
