Oh silly Mun! You must know that there is no such thing as "extreme lengths" when it comes to customer satisfaction! Now what kind of businessmech would I be if I gave a promise to a valued customer and failed to deliver? Yes, a typical one, very nice Mun, but I like to think that I'm beyond the typical. It's too bad that my earlier attempts to obtain the plans have failed, but when at first you don't succeed, try try again, am I right?
