Allow me to make this clear: my being pale is your fault and none of mine.
And no, I don't go around dancing around in moonlight pretending to sparkle while I drink blood from whatever virgin I can get my hands on. [Maker, are there even actual virgins left in Kirkwall?Besides herself, that is. Surely not. No doubt, Isabella would have found most all of them, already.]
Perish the thought, Mun. Vampyres don't exist in Thedas.
[At least, none that she knows of.]

Something to be avoided at all costs, regardless of its... benefits. [Granted, her mun does have this look in her eye about something]

Actual vampirism definitely has its drawbacks but depending on the situation you can get the blood with consent and without any reliance on demons.

[A beat.]
Speaking from experience?

I'm just a gatherer of information.

Not that I plan to dabble in it but.
Sometimes, it's good to have some information than none at all. [And help her possibly evade whatever plottings her mun may be devising.]

Most forms of vampirism cause the afflicted person to be unable to go out during the day. Others might find themselves repelled or even burned by holy objects.
Then there's just the general hunger for blood. If you maintain that you're fine, but if you start skipping meals you might find yourself going farther than taking just what you need and stepping into murdering territory.

...Or mindful, I always forget. In fact I think it's only the insane mages and Templar prigs that have even one shred of a mind left in them.
Mn.
Still sounds an awfully bit like blood magic. Without the demon possession as you previous mentioned.

So you're not a Dalish blood mage, I gather?

Though what gave it away? The lack of pointed ears or facial markings? [Grins slightly with a acknowledging tilt of her head.]
Cousin.

It's good to, ah, meet you.

[A soft laugh.]
Something about wanting a pre-built Martyr as The Warden instead of family. But, that's besides the point. [And so far off the pier that it's gone like Isabella's first ship--that metaphor got away from me, didn't it?]
I must ask, you haven't seen anything that could be a vampyre in your travels? I know that there were none in Lothering and Kirkwall but.
[She shrugs faintly.]

The main difference is the level of control you have as an individual. The Darkspawn run off a hivemind but the vampire is a singular individual most of the time. You set your own goals still. Some even pretend they're still a living, breathing human.
Now undead individuals I have personally seen. We have at least one under the employ of the Garrott family.
Which is who I gather information for, by the way. It's not exactly peaceful though. If you want a brief synopsis ask your friend Varric what it would be like if everyone involved in Dwarven politics lived in the same building.
