She then assumes a position where her feet are wide apart and knees bent so they are parallel to her waist with her back straight. She throws a singular punch which propels the newly formed rock forward and the she forcefully thrusts her arm down, palm out and the rock instantly stops flying and practically melts back into the ground.]
