For once, I believe we are in agreement. This... change is superfluous and downright insulting. I was created for a singular purpose - to be a weapon. Weapons have no need for growth, and I have no need for more power. My power is sufficient enough for what I desire.

If this is my future, I am glad - for once - you stubbornly keep me here, away from the flow of time.

By the time I am no longer 'cut out for the job,' I should no longer be needed. Increasing my power only draws more attention from humans, creates more legends enticing them to seek me out in an attempt to control me.

Perhaps for others. But not for me. Humans created me, shackled me, showed me the darkest recesses of the human spirit all within hours of my birth.

There is no working with them. I no longer seek their annihilation, but I will not aid them.

If we were a natural product of Mew, I would agree. But we are not. We share no origin with Mew aside from a genetic template. We were created by humans, mutated into something unrecognizable all with the sole purpose of becoming a living weapon.

We have no destiny. Destiny is attributed to nature, not humans. If humans are bound to destiny, then we are bound to humans. I refuse to accept that notion.

My so-called 'destiny' is mine and mine alone. I will not let some human define what I am any more. They want me to change? I would like to see them try and make me.

If you have so much hatred for humans, then why do you give them so much influence over your thoughts? Do you not have the power to defy anyone who claims your future?

You words certainly have an edge to them, but I know where you're coming from. I was built and taken control of, forced to fight for someone else who had his own slice of life ideals. I get that.

But you can't group all humans together just because of what a few did to you.

However, It's cool that you don't want to cut them down for what happened.

Hatred is not wholly accurate. I do not seek their destruction, but I refuse to live among them.

My thoughts are my own, and I allow none to influence them. My current situation is more of a refuge until I can formulate some way of preventing this... idiotic abomination from coming into existence.

Oh, I longed to cleanse the world of what I saw as the human blight. I believed everything they touched to be tainted and stood poised to wipe the world clean of their filth.

If not for the selflessness of one young boy, I would have wiped their kind from the planet.

I possess power rivaling that of even my world's so-called god. If I did not seclude myself from their society, humans would seek me out and seek to make my power their own. I represent a temptation that no human can be expected to turn from. As such, I opted to remove that temptation wholly rather than be hunted by those who were too weak to resist.

I am far from lonely. I care for a group of clones created in a similar process to me. They were intended to be stronger than their natural counterparts and so I provide for them and protect them from humans that would seek to have their power as well.

How many Pokemon do you see actively seeking out ways to enhance their own power? Evolution is a natural part of the maturation process, not an arms race.

And just how many humans are content with what they have? How many humans do not seek to increase their own wealth, power, or influence?

But more importantly... how many Pokemon do you observe creating humans with the sole purpose of being a weapon?

If anyone is falling into the trap of becoming more human, it is you, not I.

What Pokemon doesn't seek out power? That is what battle is! That is what our hearts tell us, from the beginning - Pokemon are meant to grow! If you believe that you will be led astray by power, then you're just refusing to be a Pokemon!
