On mun's amusement at his development [[community profile] goddess_grotto]

I do not understand why so many people are calling me a "theatrical" type. I am being as dull and bland and lifeless as I can! I am keeping my head down low, in spite of my usual good nature! If being a civic minded guy will help me get back home, then I shall be a civic leader!

And I am doing a very good job of it, if I do say so myself. I have my own farm now, with two associates. No one has even discovered that I am truly a demon!

[He just has to be careful and not get cut on anything. The mercury blood would cause a lot more questions than Zed's normally strange behavior has so far. And the fact that animals are not taking to him at all might also raise issues.]

I know you are thinking of ways to change this, so that people find out. I know that you even think it is funny, that I am the only one who is not human. I must inform you, you have a bad and wicked sense of humor! It is not funny at all! I am a very funny guy, so I know what I'm talking about!

No one likes demons! Except for wonderful blind girls and cool blue haired guys who don't talk very much! And there is no one in Bower Village like that at all! Thus, I would not be able to grow turnips or be a blacksmith apprentice or show people what a wonderful guy I am anymore! And that would be as great a loss for you as it would be for me and them!

I like it here, and you seem to as well. But it doesn't matter unless people like me, and they definitely won't if they know what I really am. I am also unable to defend myself, and there are some scary guys around here. So I need your help to make sure they don't find out. Right? Excellent. We have a deal.

[Mun, in turn, knows that people probably wouldn't give a damn because who could be afraid of Zed? The desire to smack him is independent of species. But, she also knows of his tendency to jump to wild conclusions.]
