The monsters are only on specific floors unless the Tower wants to sick them onto us. I'm not a fan of this collar thing either but it keeps us alive from what I heard.

There's a game room if you like playing games, the food isn't bad if someone helps you cook it. The rooms are comfortable enough and people are friendly for the most part.
