science fact: AUs are as addicting as pringles

Anyone can tell you I've got a thing for recognizing talent. And sure, maybe you've got a little.

But this isn't really the best way to apply it, you know? Instead of screwing around here with me, maybe you should be writing or catching up in those games of yours. Honestly. I've got work to finish, as do you.

...No, I'm not going to imagine what would happen if I watched a musical about miserable French revolutionaries with Diarmuid, thank you. Stop daydreaming for five minutes and do something useful. Idiot.

[ ... youuuuu look familiar. and also mentioned her honourbro's name? this is a suspicious thing and requires suspicion. ]

I must say, I cannot really imagine what appeal that would hold as it is.

Aw, c'mon, cut your mun some slack. At least be flattered that she's interested in you.

And for the record, that musical isn't all that bad. Is that Diarmuid the Diarmuid I'm thinking of?

[ wow no excuse you she hates that priest's guts ]

I have never seen one. But the way you describe it, that one in particular sounds very bleak.
not_that_lockon: (What's the story morning glory)

I dunno, it's worked out pretty well for me so far.

Huh. Small world.

I suppose it must. If nothing else, it gives us a sense of scale.

[ though happy endings, or at least ones that are not so terrible, would be nice. ]

Or I might not.

So how is it you know him?
gordianknots: I've got dirty laundry on them all (Soft consonants and rounded vowels)

[personal profile] gordianknots 2013-02-18 02:03 am (UTC)(link)
The correct answer to the musical point is likely be very bored.
gordianknots: Please don't waste your pity votes on me (And I will never go home again)

Second and fifth magics, obviously.
gordianknots: Tuesday night down at the monster's ball (You know exactly how clever sounds)

[personal profile] gordianknots 2013-02-18 02:20 am (UTC)(link)
That I fail to be shocked probably says more about me than you though.

The glasses are an interesting touch, but do I want to ask after the symbolism?
gordianknots: How could you get it so wrong? (We're all brilliant minds)

[personal profile] gordianknots 2013-02-18 02:24 am (UTC)(link)
Naturally, but it's already obvious that we have different individuals that the items are in reverence to.

--who did you summon?
gordianknots: So fix your sad eye on someone worthier (Don't know bout us but I know bout them)

[personal profile] gordianknots 2013-02-18 02:30 am (UTC)(link)
Alexander. Rider class. [Lancer? Really? The one who kept yelling about honour in the first fight? Well, he's alive, so the man must have done something right in his other self's grail war.]

How did you get Kayneth's servant? Or. Okay, who summoned who?
gordianknots: A nicer girl there's surely never been (And formal debating)

[personal profile] gordianknots 2013-02-18 02:40 am (UTC)(link)
--Okay, I see where the confusion on that question came from. On my timeline, Kayneth was supposed to summon up Rider. I ran off with that, he summoned up Lancer. So from when you are, he actually was planning to go with Lancer the entire time and you yoinked that relic instead.

[he breathes out, ordering everything else in his head] Archer was with the Tohsaka - I only know because I had the next in line as a student and she wrote her final thesis on the Grail War system, the Einzbern had Saber, Kayneth we've been over, no one knows about Caster, we think the Matou had Berserker but aren't sure and the Church took Assassin.
gordianknots: I will not sing along (But the smell of leather is intoxicating)

No shit.

Tell me you at least have pulled the entire system apart with Rin by now.
