There's a charm in playing coy, but there's hardly a need for indecisiveness. I would suggest making your decision, and then moving. You can collect all the information that you need, but if you don't make a decision, the right decision at the right time, the opportunity will slip through your fingers.
If you want any hope of handling this appropriately, handling me appropriately, you have to control the situation. It's the only thing you will have the ability to control, either way.
Or you can let me fall to the wayside agan, like you continue to do. I'd prefer to make a deal in my favor, personally. I'm sure you can appreciate the same, it would be mutually beneficial for us both.
