Upon considering applying to a game somewhere

Really mundane. While I do appreciate your confidence in me, perhaps there might be better choices to send to a game. I mean after all, unless someone needs their hem mended, what could I possibly contribute?

Muns like sending us to places where we start out with zero skills to contribute. It makes it more entertaining for them.

Well surely there are more entertaining people to send. What possible interest could there be in observing a humble tailor?

You don't get it. The more normal you are, the more fun it is to throw you into total insanity. And vice-versa. That's how muns work.

My mun played me on LJ for a bit. Memes, games, the whole gambit. Before that I was pretty busy with much weirder stuff. Eventually, you get used to it.

And in most games you come back even if you die, so there's that.

I think I would much rather avoid death to begin with. If at all possible.

Yeah, well, good luck with that one. Muns pull the strings and when they plot with other people, what you want isn't at the forefront of their mind.

I do believe that my mun is still open to suggestions, Commander. It is quite infuriating to be in the power of someone with plans so... nebulous.

There are never better choices, in their minds. Oh, they might exist, of course, but it seems as though when muns set their mind to sending a particular muse to a game, nothing will turn them from that decision.
