Muse is demanding time and attention, or at least free run of everything.
Look, we both know who is in charge here. That's right, me, Lois Lane not you...the so-called writer.
Do you know how many Kerths I've won? Do you know the respect I command in the news community? I'm a world wide name! I refuse to be shoved into some box to be a muse when you find it convenient.
My job is out there, getting the truth out to the people, it's where I need to be. Besides...do you have any idea how boring it is inside your head? You have nothing newsworthy going on, no one really interesting to talk to and no decent take out at all.
I need to work, so you find me work or I make your life a living hell from inside your own head.
Sound fair? No? Good.
Unfair is far more effective.
