Hey, Mun. I'm super happy for you about your new school and how much you love your classes. And of course that you're in music courses, which is awesome. But you sure you can take on another one of us? Especially one as..obscure as me? I mean, I'm flattered, and I'm excited, but... this is a big deal for you.

Did you say music classes? Oh, man, I'm super jealous. I always, always, always wanted to take music classes, like, I dunno, playing an instrument, or singing or something, but then I figured I had to take, like, practical classes instead.

Such is the eternal drama of my life.

Yeah. He's taking Ethnomusicology. It's interesting.

Practical? Ha. That's funny. Who takes practical classes?

Ethno-whatwhatwhat? That sounds absurd.

And me, apparently. Although I'd rather jump off of a bridge or get eaten by a shark than take another statistics class.

It's like.. anthropology meets music. He likes it, so that's all that matters.

...Stats? You're taking math?

I don't really enjoy it but -- I dunno, I just feel like I have to get a solid education in every area and not just the things I like which is really terrible and bad and I'm really regretting that decision but I don't think I have the opportunity to change and just -- [ she stops her longwinded ramble with a huff. ]

You're crazy. Come on. Do what you love, not what people think you should do, or what you think society thinks you need to do. You won't be happy otherwise.

I know, I know, that's what everyone says, but it's really not that simple! I mean -- at least I work in a bakery and I enjoy that so it's kind of like a little break from the school-crazy, even if work-crazy is just as bad sometimes.

Then go to culinary school.
