[ Axl looks a little bit disturbed by some of the things he's been hearing his mun say about where he might be going. ]

You know, I'm really not liking the idea of going to a place where I'll be "forced to grow up." There's nothing wrong with me the way I am, lady, and you know it. [ He just grins, or at least he does until a look of dismay settles onto his face instead. ]

It depends on the type of growing up involved. Maturity is fine, and so is taking ones responsibilities seriously.

I dunno what kinda maturity a place where people are tortured could give me, to be honest.

I can't help but worry, especially if you are friends with X. My little brother needs all the friends he can get.

[Zero doesn't like this. Not at all. If anything traumatizes Axl he swears to god he'll--]

[ X never mentioned having a cute sister what is this. ]

Oh... [ Well he's phenomenally relieved. Having Zero mad at him is enough to make him go into combat mode just in case a fight breaks out. ] Well come on, it can't be that bad, right?

The Facility is all about the mental trials. Its experiments are designed to see what and how long it takes to break you.

[Hard, determined, I'm-secretly-worried-as-hell-about-you look right at Axl. If he could physically prevent Axl from going, he would, but for now this will do.] Whatever happens, don't lose who you are.

[ Axl looks positively dumbfounded. Advice from Zero that isn't patronizing in any way yet genuinely concerned? Usually he saves those for when they're really in a big mess, so this is heavy indeed. ]
