I met a lot of guys during the war, but I don't know a Donny Donowitz and you can thank your friend and whatever her plans are, or her version of me, or any of that shit to keep her nose out of my business. Fact is, both of you can. If you'll pardon me.
[He tips his hat] I'm on a case. Thank you. [But he will tip back the ever present flask men in the 1940s always seem to have on them, nod, and shrug] Sure if you gave it enough time people'll show up. Jumping the gun like this. [He snorts] You're not careful kid, people are gonna think you're me.
