Not the Santa you were looking for! Canon is Arthur Christmas

I still can't believe it you know. Being Santa and all. I'm really glad I have dad and Steve to help me, and grandsanta too of course! Mum's even made me a suit that fits me! Until I grow into the actual Santa suit that is, I've got a lot of filling out to do.

Bet eating a lot of mince pies will help!

[And cookies. The elves usually collected any milk and cookies and they were then processed and used to fuel the S-1, the flying Santa ship of course, but he was going to try and nab a few before they could. Those kids and their parents worked hard to make those cookie for Santa, it would be nice to try and eat a few here and there and appreciate their hard work!]

You know it's getting really close to Christmas, you don't even have any decorations up. It's a special happy time of year, aren't you excited, mun? [His face drops a little.] Not even a tiny bit? [Arthur brings a hand up, spacing thumb and finger apart an inch or so.]

Just a little? Come on, mun! It's the most wonderful tiiiime of the yeeeeaaar--

I think you just need a nice cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows. Just add a little whip cream and red and green sprinkles on top, that'll get you in the Christmas spirit!

Me either! But maybe she's more of an espresso lover, like my brother.

If I were home I could see if Peter could make her one, he really likes making them, usually for Steve though. [That elf really liked doing things for his brother, or just being in his general vicinity period.

Are you kidding? of course I am! Christmas is like the best holiday in the world, halloween being a close second because of all the candy you get.

[It's now that Arthur is realizing he's told EVERYONE he's Santa. But who would believe that? He's tall and lanky and a big dork. His secret is safe he's sure.]

Did you ask Santa for anything this year?

[If he knew his name he could totally go find his letter. If he wrote one. He kept them all.]

I haven't no. Santa's already so busy giving gifts to all the other kids in the world.

Santa always has time for every child, don't worry. You should write a letter, I bet he'd be really happy to hear from you!

Well... I might not ask for anything, but I bet santa would love a card just for him, right?

I bet he would! It'll be a nice lift me up during this really busy season.

But what would you want, I mean, if you did ask for something?

Well Kinda, yeah. School is getting a little tougher, but it's still fun.

Well that's good. Do you get any sort of Christmas vacation so you can spend time with your family and friends?

Yannow, I personally think Christmas is pretty neat!

Though it might be just cause kids are on break from school an' can come to the arcade more buuuut yannow.
