You’ve been on about this all night, Mundane. I appreciate your concern, truly, though I’m not entirely sure which is upsetting you more. My possible fate, or the way people seem to be describing me. I’ve been called far worse than useless, I can assure you. It will take more than petty name calling to upset me.

(Ok…maybe not, but there are bigger concerns right now)

As for my situation…please don’t give up hope yet. This Graham that you keep mentioning, you said that he survived for years without his heart. If that’s true, then am I really such a dire case? I didn’t betray Emma and Snow. (Not knowingly, at least) I have to trust that they won’t abandon me once they’ve learned the truth.

I had faith in Emma, and she broke the curse.

It's not like it hurt. You were asleep. Anyway, it's far nicer than whatever fate Cora had in store for you.

Pain is unimportant. I would have gladly suffered whatever she decided for me. Not all of us are as content with betrayal as you are.

That's true, I suppose. Though my mundane seems to think you haven't fared so well since the curse was broken.

I was told by the fairy what would happen if I didn't stay brave, honest and unselfish. What happened to me was my own fault.

Even so. It doesn't quite seem fair that you should suffer. Given the hand you played in breaking the curse.
