I only just got to take him home and bake him that cake, too. I know I'm an attractive toon, but can't a girl get a girl get a break every now and then?

Oh yes, I'm very fortunate. My husband joined me in the game I'm in and my writer has been kind enough to not stir up any drama or problems. Which, I must explain, is very impressive for her since she enjoys stirring things up, or so she puts it.

Phillip and I are very happy, even Rapunzel is living with us! Have you met Rapunzel, Jessica? She's a new sort of toon!

Not in person, no. But I've heard a lot about her. Disney's latest Princess and all that. I doubt she'll be forgotten any time soon.

[That brought a whole new mess of troubles to Jessica's mind. Since Disney had been doing a pretty good job of erasing her and Roger from their theme parks and the comics they published.]

She has lovely hair.

But that's not possible. Not really. Time still moves, we're just stuck in a place that we don't realize it. It's like being immortalized in a movie. It only lasts as long as others remember it's there. And then you're gone. Faded out.

[ But the films as a whole suck ass, make no sense, are an insult to history and what they do to Will and Liz is utter bullshit. The occasional moment of humor or badassery just cant make up for that. ]

Not to mention that our son will never really know his father.

She's very kind. [But, of all the princesses, Aurora DOES understand a bit of Jessica's plight having only 18 minutes of actual screen time.]

[I disagree. I think her badassery makes up for most all of it. It's really the only reason to watch the movies. And while they do screw her over with what they do with Will, they also don't make her out to be so weak as to not show up every ten years.]

You have a child, too? Roger and I haven't had that blessing in our life. Baby Herman is enough of one we really don't need it.

[While she was sincerely happy for Elizabeth that the woman had a healthy baby, Jessica's voice was obviously not envious. A toon baby, unless written properly, was a chore.]

My writer tends to agree with yours. Something about the skill it takes to do such work by hand. It's all I've ever known, though. So I'm not really sure what the difference in medium is. Other than it's unlikely I'll ever be brought through to it as I have the 'real' world.

Oh I know... I must admit I'm just nervous about meeting them. Which is so silly, I've met plenty in the game I'm in... but that is a different sort of situation.

I should introduce you to Eddie Valient. He's done a lot for Toon Town over the years. He and his brother used to take cases for us all the time, helping solve toon crimes. He's back now. Learned to laugh again thanks to my hunny bunny.

I think you'd like him. And you wouldn't have to leave Toon Town. He doesn't mind coming to visit us any more.
