[Tsuzuki's expression turns very vulnerable and pleading, and his voice trembles. It's been a tough time considering everything that happened with Hisoka, on top of it.]
[He snuggles up against the tiger and wraps his arms around his waist. Tsuzuki closes his eyes and listens to his heartbeat. The problems are making his heart hurts, but cuddling close to his shikigami works to lessen the terrible ache in his chest.]
[Tsuzuki's problem is that he needs too much.]
'm sorry.
Played him in a game a year or two ago, been retired since then XD
[It's exactly what Tsuzuki needs. Sometimes he just can't function well if he knows he has no one to turn to for a hug. And Byakko's hugs are special, considering that he's so dear to him. (And the purrs doesn't hurt, either.)
He may notice the odd little wings that has been grafted. onto his master's back. They twitch when he comes close to the feathers. Tsuzuki only ends up holding onto him tighter.]
[If Hisoka is inclined to take a look at Tsuzuki's emotions, he'll see a ton of partner-related bruises. Tsuzuki even feels that Hisoka's treating him deeply unfairly, though he tries to hide it.]
[Which means, it's time to dodge and evade the question.]
....Tsuzuki. You're going to need to be more specific. Why do you want to go home? You know I haven't really been up to anything, mine just brings me out every now and then in those memes. I'm....here if you need to talk.
[Tsuzuki knows what it takes out of him to try to help, however, and he appreciates it a lot. He sits down next to his young partner, his small wing stretching to touch Hisoka's shoulder. It's hard to talk about, especially since it's Hisoka.]
[Hisoka doesn't seem to mind the wing too much. It does remind him of that one case early on in their partnership, but apparently everyone has wings where Tsuzuki is. He frowns for a moment though.]
Miss me? But...there's a Hisoka there with you, right? [So why would Tsuzuki miss him? But, Hisoka thinks he knows what Tsuzuki means, at least about missing the others. They did grow on the empath, after a while, in spite of himself.]
You don't talk to him there? [This doesn't seem right. Obviously, something has happened. He can tell by Tsuzuki's words, and what he isn't saying, his mood as it washes through him as well.]
[He smiles at that, the tight hug loosening slightly when the tiger speaks into his ear. Tsuzuki is reluctant to move away just yet, however. This feels like home, and what if Byakko disappears again when he moves away?]
Even if you don't know where I am, I will always carry you here.
[He touches the tiger's chest, the meaning clear. For the moment, Tsuzuki feels better.]
I see. Depending on what it was, maybe just...give it time? [He can only offer so much when Tsuzuki is not exactly giving him specifics. But, it's still Tsuzuki so he wants to help somehow, looking to his partner when he takes Hisoka's hand.]
I used to joke around as Watari's little owl once upon a time.
[He squeezes Hisoka's hand when it touches his, the comfort as important as it is surprising. Tsuzuki rests his cheek on his other hand, staring off. He doesn't want to get into specifics because it's romance-related, and he knows painfully well how Hisoka reacts to things like that.]
Right now he's just avoiding me. Maybe going to his other partner, I don't know.
[Tiger headbutts are his favourite. Tsuzuki's expression turns into one of affection, less sad than it had been just moments before. When it comes down to it, it doesn't take much to make him pull himself together. He simply needs to remember that he's not alone.]
