Okay, it's pretty nice that you seem so excited about... me, I guess. But really? You're actually considering joining a game here? You're already in one, with the possibility of a second very close at hand. So a third? I'm not sure that's the best idea.

Just think about it before really jumping in, all right? Don't let your excitement get ahead of you. Doing things haphazardly isn't good for anyone. I don't care how much you want to get me out more.

But you might want to give more people time to finish reading first, too. It hasn't even been a week yet.

Hey, we've got an okay track record with excitement and no real plans.

She's not really sure yet, but I doubt anywhere would ever really be a vacation.

Some places are better than others. Some of 'em even have beaches.

Have you been to a lot of different ones? Though beaches don't sound too bad.

Three. And the latest place keeps moving around.

I mean, different places on the same world. Like finishing things up in New York and going to California, then finishing up in California and going to Alaska.

Hey, Hazel. My mun's already read the new book, but says I'm not "canon jumping", whatever that means.

Oh. So you get to see different places? That's better than being stuck in one location in a new world, I guess.

Well, I think it's like getting new memories. 'Cause where I am now, I haven't met Jason or any of the others yet. But since none of them are around, she doesn't see the point.

Oh! That makes sense now. Mine's been debating a "canon update" along those lines for Annabeth, too.

We're all guilty of it, but since she actually has the chance to consider it, I think it's something she should do.

I don't think she wants to send me somewhere without anyone from home. I'm kind of grateful for that, at least.

You have Annabeth with you?! Is she okay?

Good. Just watch out for gods with familiar names and weird body parts.

Not with me, exactly -- my mun already plays her in another game. But yeah, she's okay there.
