Well now, what sort of sorcery is this? Now normally I wouldn't mind being whisked away on some fanciful adventure, but I confess that I'm more than perplexed about this. There's much to do and much to be done, all of it that requires my presence elsewhere. The Darkspawn approach and I plan to greet them in a fury of arrows and blades.

After all, we certainly can't have Duncan have all the glory.

[ He chuckles lightly. ]

Now tell me, why have we traveled so far from the battle? Surely my kingly presence is needed upon the battlefield. Who else shall lead my men to victory if not me?

[ Expecting an answer from his scribe, Cailan is almost shocked when he doesn't receive one immediately. ]

Come now, answer me. Why have we traveled so far from Ostagar?

Glory-seeking? Now, now, Anora. You're starting to sound as preachy as your lord father. As much as I appreciate the advice he so willingly bestows upon me, I would rather not hear of such from my dearest wife.
