We survived a disaster recently. But, it was an unusual one! From what I read, the invasions aren't common. And certainly not to that extent, I think.

Usually it seems to be calm when it comes to that kind of conflict, except for being captured and taken away somewhere else dangerous.

Ours was monsters overrunning the city when the barrier around it fell.

We haven't spoken long, but I think of you as a kind of friend. And really, it only seems natural to not want someone to be captured or have where they live invaded.

[She seems to think this over for a moment. Most people tend to just stare at her like she's some sort of freak. And the concept of friends is still fairly new to her. Some of the muses she shares a headspace with may disagree with the last part of that statement.]
