//: Dear Mun,

//: Just to be clear, I do not appreciate what this train of thought has done to my life. Contrary to what you might think, I find my life in By Day and By Night to be sufficient; being riddled with bullets is non-normative.

//: Just because Julian is trying to go somewhere else does not mean it is morally obligatory for me to follow.

...

...

//: It is statistically likely that he would find someone else to bail him out of trouble.

My writer, apparently, has an OC member of the Cult of Ecstasy. She shrieked so loudly in delight that I thought saying hello to was better than hearing her whinge about missing something called OWOD...

Oh no, the shrieking is from my writer. The cultist... well he didn't find any that fit better. He's actually too quiet for my tastes but perhaps I don't engage him enough. He does play a mean piano when given the chance though.

He's an odd sort. The mind expansion drew him in, rather than sex, with the Cult. But. Well, you probably know how funny all the castes and their members can be.

What's By Day and By Night?

Isn't that the truth.

Ahhh.

No. Kidding. There's a reason Reise, he's the quiet fellow, isn't totally disappointed he isn't the focus of writing lately. The last campaign of sorts did him in.

Meanwhile, I get to reap the "benefits" of the writer's presently over active imagination being thrust on me.

I personally think that it's nicer to have someone you know watching your back, but that's just me. I think getting riddled with bullets is probably easily avoidable, though, if that helps.

I mostly just try to avoid situations involving bullets in general, although I tend to find that it works better if you interfere with the weapon itself rather than the actual trajectory of the shot. More plausible. Weapons malfunction all the time.
