rewatching spn season seven, and..
All right, so clearly we've established that they get the mythology mixed up. I'm not Cronus, that was Zeus' father, and he was a huge ass.
Second, why would I basically eat people? And third, I understand that it's a different.. what, canon? But seriously, I'm the oldest thing in existence. That olive branch could be dipped in whatever they want to dip it in, it's not killing me. Not that they'd need to. I mean, I'm only violent to protect my family or my minders.

.. Besides, mortals die eventually, no matter how much we might like it to be different.
