Not sure what he's doing so just winging it.

Hey, I think you're supposed to be called mun? Don't you think you should have asked around first before making this journal? I know you're looking at other entries in this journal to see whether or not you're doing it right but that kind of second guessing is going to end up holding you back. As far as my application is concerned, take all the time you need. I'd prefer it if you felt you had a good grip on playing me before trying to throw me somewhere.

( ooc; okay so hi everyone. you might not be able to tell from this mess but i'm pretty new to this style of roleplay. this character is shiki tohno from tsukihime and he's taken from arcueid's true end. if i mess up please inform me since i'm still getting the hang of this and, as the title suggests, i'm just winging it. if you need to contact me or want to point out somewhere i messed up, my aim is heavensenthellbound or, if you use msn, my msn is heavensent.hellbound@hotmail.com thanks ahead of time and i hope i can do this character justice. )

Er... I don't think it's that severe of a mistake.

All the same, it would be best to correct it now so it doesn't become a habit later on. If someone had corrected my mun the first time, I'm sure she wouldn't be talking about hiding under tables all the time when she's tagging other people.

Not that I want to sound stupid or anything but... what's "tagging"?

Really, this strange girl and all her strange foreign terms. What am I going to do with her?

I've never heard of such a place. Then again, I've been told my knowledge of my own country is out-dated.

[Arcueid's going to just kind of stare for a long moment, before turning her head to the side in a pouty gesture.]

*Shiki's just standing there confused, not sure how to really respond to that.*

I'm not sure what you mean by that. We've met before but we haven't? That doesn't make sense.

Life is filled with choices. You meeting me requires you to make a certain choice in your life. If you haven't, well, we'll just say I've heard of you either way.

If you're trying to sound philosophical by talking in riddles, it's not working. How have you heard of me anyways? I don't recognize you, but the way you're speaking is starting to remind me of someone I didn't like.

I'm one of your senpai's co-workers. She talks about you quite a bit.

*Shiki is inwardly hoping that 'senpai's co-worker' doesn't equate to 'another threat to Arcueid.'*

Everything, huh... *This gains a pause from Shiki as he takes a minute to think of a response.* So we haven't actually met before, you just know about me from what senpai has told you.

We have met. You and I had the same target to kill before.

Having the same target doesn't mean we've met before. I don't remember meeting anyone new when I had to take on Nrvnsqr or Roa.

After that. Though, I'm a little disappointed in Roa. Of course, he stood no chance against you but he used to be such a magnificent person.

Someone like that could never have been a magnificent person, and when would we have the same target after Roa? I haven't fought anyone past that.

Anyone who can defeat my greatest foe is magnificent. You just have to learn about his past. And you haven't fought anyone else...yet.

[Arcueid is still refusing to make eye contact, looking obstinately to the side and keeping her arms firmly crossed over her chest.]

I don't have any reason or want to learn anything more about him. And I won't be fighting anyone else.

*Even if he doesn't remember it, Shiki feels bad about it. The fact she won't even look at him makes him assume that whatever it was he did, it was something bad. Real bad.*

Um, Arcueid... I can't remember what I did or said, but if it upset you I'm sorry.

It's better to take your time then to rush in with out gathering enough information.

Exactly. Luckily for me, my player is making the decision to read as much as he can both of the location and the source material itself.

[She finally looks at him from the corner of her eye, slowly unfolding her arms as she does so.

She doesn't speak, but just gestures for him to come closer.]

*Given his current situation Shiki goes silent and, noticing the gesture, walks over. The way his head is hanging obediently and the overall way he carries himself in his steps might seem a tad bit familiar.*

[She didn't think that was going to work. So, when Shiki's close enough, Arcueid's going to get right next to his ear...]

YOU'RE A JERK!!!

*In a weird way, it could be said that Shiki deserved this as payback for when he did it to Arc. The sudden yell caused him to recoil and clap a hand over his ear, starring at Arc with wide, almost bug-like eyes whilst doing so.*

A-Arcueid... what the heck was that...

[Arcueid can't help but laugh...hard.]

I can't believe that finally worked!

*The red on Shiki's face is both a mixture of his embarrassment and his anger.*

I don't get your sense of humor, Arcueid.

Hey, you did it to me all the time so now it feels good to get you back.

Now...[She moves to giving him another dangerous look.]...I wonder if you're going to run around with all the girls in town again.

*Shiki knows that kind of look. You haven't been taking lessons from Akiha, have you Arcueid?*

I'm not that kind of person. I wouldn't cheat on the one I love.

Yea...well...[She didn't really want to say anything hurtful. She knew the first time Shiki had been there he had been trapped for a rather long time before she showed up. He'd already changed by the time she got there.

Now, it was the other way around, and she's really not sure what is going to happen. The memory of Shiki having left is still somewhat fresh in her mind, and in all honesty she'd like for that situation and those feelings to never happen again.]

Just don't be a jerk...for all the good saying that is going to do.

I see. If you have unfinished business back home then I understand why you might be reluctant to leave.
