Yeah, she's been working on it. Trying to pick where I'm coming from, mostly. [ Awkward headscratch all the way across the skyyyy. This is not a situation he wants to find himself or his friends in, but he's not about to complain because he'd rather be there than have his friends there without him. Really not a situation he ever thought he'd have to think about. So he's putting it off for the time being. ]

Just tell her pick a good spot, I'll come get you soon as you're there man. Ino's there now too. [Yeah, pretty much, they need you man. He talks to this Peeta kid cause he reminds him of you, it's troublesome. He just wants to see his bro, though he'd prefer not there. Don't worry! He'll show Chouji where the brothel is, he is not quite so shy about the whole thing anymore.]

I haven't died, not even once.


[That is as close to an answer as he can give without worrying him, because some of the things that go on there, well they are weighing on Shikamaru, but we all know he is not going to say nothing while Chouji has to worry about being sent there at all.]
