I know what he'd say. And I know you feel on shaky ground with me in general but... Look. We both know you've been thinking about it for awhile. And we both know that whatever he says he needs or wants, I'm good for him. We're better together than apart. Right, so that's not the highest bar ever set. But it's a start.

And... that got a lot more maudlin than I was expecting. Which I suppose proves my point. If you haven't got time for us, or if you don't want to, those are valid reasons. If you're just afraid? Listening to that never got us anywhere.
