[Apparently Torchic likes the attention as it coos and nuzzles into his hand happily. Sasuke approaches as well, crouching and watching them as he thinks it over.]

It's supposed to be able to. Like I said, they're like ninja animals. They train, grow stronger and can use special techniques that are like ninjutsu.

It's oddly easy to pet the Torchic too, and he can't help the smile. It's sort of interesting, actually.]
