...Well, at least you've given me a rather intricate history.
The least you could've done was set me up as already at the Institute a little longer, even a year before, but no, I'm a new recruit--ah, 'student.' You always have to make things difficult, don't you? Still, a challenge is a challenge, something to be mostly welcomed.
But my powers--with all the touch involved in my adult canon's supposed 'energybending' and Rogue herself, you just couldn't resist mixing the two, could you? If I pass out from overheating with everything I have to wear among my classmates so as to avoid blocking their ever so precious powers with even just an accidental graze of physical contact, I know who to blame.
...Though, blocking their powers while under the guise of an 'accident' opens its own set of possibilities....
Yes, I know that's not unlike--no, we're not even going into that little incident in my history, not when it's not on the record, and especially not when you just thought it up.
