The translator's damn useful, sure, but I don't think it does puns. But it is a good targeting visor, so I can't say I mind the username. [His mandibles twitch] ...Not that it would make a difference to you if I did, I know.

So, Synthesis ending. I've had cybernetic parts since that gunship on Omega at the latest, but not like this. You're sure you know what you're doing? It's my ass hanging out here if you don't.

I was going to say you might have trouble finding or making icons, but it seems I'm a little luckier on the cybernetic-glowing front than some of the crew. Might be the metallic exoskeleton. Still, you'll probably want to figure out what's changed beyond the lightshow, and how much of that I'd even know about a couple days after it happened.

Having it let me eat levo's a bit far-fetched, but it would make things easier if you made good on that threat and shipped me out somewhere.

My mun didn't like the whole Synthesis ending. Reminded him too much of Saren. Besides, anything that let the Reapers live wasn't worth it in my book. Even if they are 'reformed' or whatever, they pose too big a temptation to people like The Illusive Man. Pretty soon some upstart would be trying to gain control of them, and we're right back where we started.

Sure as Hell wasn't going to let that happen.

Now, mine disagrees 'emphatically'. But I'm not here to be a mouth for a civilian who doesn't have any stake in the fight.

[paaaaause. Faintly luminous green patterns flicker across him.]

I did get some warning about this, but...

My mun didn't like the Synthesis ending, either. He said that the Reapers had to be destroyed. Choosing that, you still lived and he was happy about that. So there you go.

That and the fact it's what they wanted. Think it's fair to say anything involving that is too much of a risk, by now.

Now, Synthesis's mine's favorite overall, though there's a rather disquieting fondness for Control, too. I had to get in there, do some talking to prevent a journal for that being made. Might only be a matter of time, anyway.

...And that's all I really want to say about that. If I was really interested in having someone with no connection to the real world talk in detail through me, I'd be part of public relations for a company somewhere.

So... Shepard. [greenish patterns flicker across him] I did get briefed on the there-are-different-versions-of-you situation. It's going to take some getting used to anyway.

Trust me. When I was told that there are not only different versions of me, but how some of them are female and made certain pursuits, I didn't know what to think. But I guess it wasn't so bad once you get used to it.

I have my thoughts on that situation but I won't bore you with them.

Riight. Before I joined C-sec I didn't know much about humans and tried to class them as male or female by whether or not they had 'bumps' like asari. Yeah, that got trained out of me quick. All aliens look alike until you get used to them, and you can get used to anything.

With the kinds of things we've been through, yeah. I hear you.

Does your mun have any ideas on where they want to ship you off to?

Vague ones. This was what the mundanes call a 'voice test', but it looks like I'm likely to get relegated to the muselist. Be nice to get some quiet for a while, I guess.
