You worry far too much, and about things you need not worry over at all. If there is a problem, someone will speak up, and if they do not then you can hardly be blamed. If you find others from home then good, and if not then there are still plenty of people from elsewhere to meet. Either way, it is not as if anyone could apply until the next application cycle.
And really, the amount of research you are doing to simply choose a name for my cat is unnecessary and incredibly silly.
