It's a means to an end, that's all. Revolution requires sacrifice. Those lives will bear fruit to a world without discrimination. Isn't that a good thing?

... a world without discrimination is a good thing, Mithos. I won't deny it.

But to say that revolution and sacrifice are the only ways to achieve peace... I don't believe it. Even with noble intentions, all it does is bring sadness and suffering to those that the sacrificed left behind.

All that pain and suffering... all that will lead to is resentment. Hatred. And all that will cause is an endless cycle of revolutions, sacrifices and pain. It won't end.

Then how is it supposed to end?! Are we half elves just supposed to lie down and take what you humans do to us!? No! The only way to end all of this hate is to make everyone the same! For everyone to become lifeless beings!

And sacrifice free will to do so? I refuse to think that's the only way!

Besides, both our races are equally guilty of doing horrible things to each other. Even if we both want to think otherwise.

Isn't that necessary though? To get rid of discrimination we all must become the same.

And no, the half elves are guilty of nothing. It's you humans that caused all the problems. From our kind being hated and feared to killing the giant Kharlan tree.

And again, I won't disagree with you there... you're right. We've done terrible things in the past.

But even if you do succeed, what would it accomplish? Even if everyone were the same discrimination would still exist. It's people's hearts that cause discrimination... not their race.
