Screw the ending, that bar in the sky, and bring in a whole new chapter?  I guess--this thing pretty much counts.  It's definitely better than me dying and everything ending for good.  Vakarian's around, at least, and he didn't eat anyone on that godforsaken planet.  Lotta miracles, Mundane.  You keep this up and I might have to start liking you.
