You wouldn't want Miles in an enclosed space of any size either. [A pause as he listens to the argument that Luceti is deceptively large.] In case you failed to notice [although he can't imagine how this is possible], a planet has failed to contain Miles. It is making it increasingly difficult to quell rumors of treason, or at least track down where they're all coming from. Fortunately, that's not my job.
Ivan, on the other hand, would enjoy the excuse not to work. [A thoughtful pause.] And the free bar.
