I need to know if I'm hearing an Italian or American accent on Damon and if I'm seeing auburn or blond Caroline and it's confusing enough as things are, Mun. Why would you want to make things worse? Agreed. I've also seen them used to give people warnings about content, like 'there will be smut from here on out', which is nice for your thread stalkers to know if there's something they might want to avoid.
